JNI 582 - Is Europe rediscovering God and Christian values? Last year Joel News reported about a remarkable increase of openness for the Gospel in secularized France. But God also seems to be back in the picture in liberal Holland and economically struggling Germany.

Both independent and government research confirms it: God is back on the agenda in Holland. Last month Intermediair, the leading magazine for highly educated professionals, ran a special edition on 'Who is God. Getting to know him'. And Dutch trendwatcher Adjiedj Bakas published a well-received book titled 'The future of God' in which he bashes the secular political parties for excluding religion from their electoral campaigns. Remarkably the small Evangelical party Christian Union (CU) recently doubled their seats in Parliament and is currently - for the first time in history - participating in the coalition talks for a new government...
